Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A1: We are factory with 28 years experience, now factory in shantou, and office in guangzhou.

Q2: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A2: Yes, sample first is welcome. And usually, sample with logo customized usd 50/pc, and blank sample will be usd 30/pc. To us, just want to do long time business, so sample cost will refund when that design put 300 pcs order.

Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A3: Usually, sample time is 7-10 days, bulk order time 15-25 days approx after your confirmation to pre-production samples.

Q4. What is your terms of packing?
A4: 1 piece 1 polybag, and 10 pieces 1 bundle,and 10 bundles 1 carton, or as your requirement

Q5: What is your terms of payment ?
A5: offer many styles,PP/ WU/ MG / T/T / LC/ TA. Sample, 100% deposit, bulk order 50% deposit, 50% balance before delivery
